The main component was triglyceride of fatty acid. The fatty acid component (%): myristic acid 2~8, palmitic acid 24~37, stearic acid 14~29, oleic acid 40~50, linoleic acid 1~5. White or yellowish waxy solid with a special odor of beef tallow. Insoluble in water, soluble in chloroform, carbon disulfide. Due to the different preparation methods, usually contains free fatty acids, pectin and protein, such as for the manufacture of high-grade soap, need to be refined, remove the pectin and odor, improve color. The stability is better than that of lard and unhydrogenated vegetable oil. After alkali refining, decolorization and deodorization, it is light yellow to colorless liquid at 54 ℃.
The Cow Hoof quickly cut fat tissue, after heating smelting, the obtained material is called smelting fat, can also be further by alkali refining, decolorizing and alkali refining fat or then by deodorization and decolorizing deodorizing fat.
It can be used in the manufacture of soap, laundry soap, stearic acid, Stearates, etc. It is also the main raw material for the manufacture of higher fatty alcohols, fatty amines, various surfactants, greases, fabric softeners, etc.

introduction | hydrogenated beef fat primary amine is white solid and can be used as surfactant, flotation agent, etc. |
Properties | Hydrogenated beef fat primary amine has a weak irritating ammonia taste, is not easily soluble in water, and is easily soluble in chloroform, ethanol, ether and benzene. It is alkaline and can react with acid to produce corresponding amine salts. |
application | hydrogenated bovine lipid primary amine is an important intermediate of cationic and zwitterionic surfactants, widely used in zinc oxide, lead ore, mica, feldspar, potassium chloride, potassium carbonate and other mineral flotation agents. |
use | as raw material for surfactants, detergents, flotation agents, anti-caking agents for fertilizers, etc. |
